I just got this idea from some other women ... and it was too good not to share.
Instead of using the
old, tired "How are you?" which most often gets a response of "fine" or "okay" ...
Strike up a real conversation with "What's
new and exciting with you?" This sets a positive tone from the get-go, and
invites more dialogue versus a one word answer.
